France: should children between 2 and 10 years old be vaccinated against the flu?

According to Santé Publique France, children under the age of 15 account for 25 to 50% of GP visits for flu symptoms, whereas only 6 to 11% of such visits are from the over 65s. Public Health England in October 2013 released a study showing children should be immunised against the flu to help limit spreading the virus around.
